Return and exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of your receipt of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange. All returns must be pre-approved, and accompanied by an
RA# (Return Authorization Number) Packages received without an RA# will be refused. To receive a credit or refund, the item must be deemed to be in the same condition in which it was shipped, with tags still attached. Return/Exchange items must be shipped within 10 days of receipt of your RA#. Items with expired RA#’s will be refused and returned by the carrier.

Once all above criteria is met, we will send out your exchange item, issue you store credit, or refund your money. Please allow 2 weeks for processing and check your credit card statement for the status of your refund. Charges made by will be listed as RandRbaby on your financial statement.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returned items received past the due date and unauthorized returns that are unintentionally accepted by will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Returned items that have been altered from their original state (no tags) or unclean may be subject to a 50% fee. Damaged items are subject to a 50% fee.

Return shipping on exchanges is free. (one exchange per transaction; excludes international orders)

If you choose to receive your refund in store credit, we will give you a 10% discount, in addition to free shipping (free shipping for items purchased with credit amount, additional items may be subject to shipping fees, also excludes international orders)

It is our intention to only take orders on items that are currently IN STOCK and ready to ship. However, should an error occur, and your ordered item(s) be out of stock, you will be notified immediately and either given a full refund, an approximate re-stock date, or the option to exchange the item for another item, and a 10% discount on one item, which can be applied to any future order. Multiple item orders will ship when complete, unless the customer specifically requests otherwise.


Most orders will ship within 3-4 business days. This does not include the day the order is received, or weekends. Express shipping may be available for orders over $100. Please contact for express shipping inquiries.

We use the United States Postal Service for all of our shipping, either using Priority Mail, Express Mail, or Global Priority Mail. All domestic packages are sent with Delivery Confirmation. Orders over $300 are sent with Signature Confirmation and requires a signature for delivery. THE ARRIVAL OF YOUR PACKAGE IS NEVER GUARANTEED, UNLESS YOU CHOOSE TO PAY FOR EXPRESS MAIL. bears no responsibility for mistakes made by the Post Office.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS accepts international orders via Paypal or Googlecheckout. Shipping costs will vary depending on your location and the weight of your order.... usually ranging between $20 - $35, plus an international shipping fee. Your country's customs office may charge a VAT (value added tax) or a GST (goods and services tax) for merchandise purchased from outside of your country. This tax is based on the declared value of the order, which will not alter in any way, to reduce the customers’ tax obligations.

Please allow ample time for your package to arrive. We cannot guarantee a delivery date and we are not responsible for customs delays.

Due to the frequency of fraudulent international orders, reserves the right to refuse shipment to any country, or any person, without an explanation, or avenue for review/reconsideration.
